error while creating new categories

when i am going to create new category sometimes it let me creating me new category but sometimes gives me error "data not received" is it phoca gallery error or my webhosting error, here is my site ultimatecutlery.net

Hmm, I think, this can be server or connection error - when you look at the errorLog on your server, do you see there any error which was displayed when you get the "data not received"?
