Hi Phoca Team!

First of all, i want to say thanks, the Phoca Maps Component is a really cool tool! I realized that Phoca Maps Plugin v3 language pack was outdated, so I updated the file.

Spanish (Español) Language Pack

Hi Jan!

I realized that Phoca Maps component and plugin language pack both were outdated, so I made a spanish translation of the entire component and plugin from scratch.

Tested on:
- Joomla 3.3.6
- Phoca Maps Component 3.0.1
- Phoca Maps Plugin 3.0.2
