[Q] Thumbnail does not popup modal dialog from search?

Hi,

- When I list a category such as http://www.swapart.com.au/abstract.html all is well - Modal dialog pops up witht he large sized image.
- However if I search for the same image like http://www.swapart.com.au/component/sea ... phrase=all and then open up the same image I end up at http://www.swapart.com.au/component/pho ... ory/1.html and when I click on the thumbnail there I get a modal dialog that has the thumbnail in it once more.

Has anyone got any ideas on a solution here?

Hi, try to disable SEF, there is a problem with SEF and searching module on some servers

Hi Jan,

- Disabling default SEF for J! 1.5.7 solves the problem. (However ultimately I don't want to have to disable SEF)
- Do you know what conditions cause the failure? Any particular setup etc.?
- Do you know if this is an issue with the editor's pick - sh404 http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... Itemid,35/?

problem - SEF causes this problem ... I didn't make the search plugin but I think there is missed a hack for SEF (function of hack: some existing menu link to gallery must be found and then Itemid of this menu link should be used for links created by search plugin ... but I think it will not work 100% ... I must take a look at it, I hope I find time for it soon... )
