I get the same thing when I click on images, ratings and comments links.
I'm on PHP 5.2.5 and 5.0.51a-community for mysql and Joomla 1.5.7
Just checked phpmyadmin and I see there were no tables created for Phoca Gallery
Just checked the zip file I downloaded for the component and the install.sql file is empty
I can imagine this has something to do with tables not getting created?
