Where to find Module Assignment location?

Hi,

I build my website with Joomla, using Helix3 template. I have downloaded Phoca Maps component.
Where I can find the place, where I can select in which pages I want Maps to occur.
Usually when I download module it can be found behind Menu Assignment tab. But now I don't see it. Please help me.

There is no module. Only Phoca Maps Component and Phoca Maps Plugin.
The component displays a map with help of a menu item, the plugin display a map insite an article with help of plugin code.

I have downloaded Phoca Maps Plugin too. How can I add Map inside article with this plugin code?
I would like to put Map to the footer, only to one page of my website.
