Hi,
How is the plugin called, becasue i don't see a plugin from Phoca, but the install didn't report an error....
The Plugin is called Phoca Maps Plugin.
Phoca Maps Plugin is a Joomla! plugin. With Phoca Maps Plugin you can display one or more than one Google Map on your site (in the article). You can display the map or only link to selected map. When user click on this link, the map will be displayed in Modal Box window or in standard Popup window.

Requirements:

* Joomla!1.5.10 (stable or any later version)
* PHP 4.4.1 (or any later version).
* Google Maps API key
* Phoca Maps Component
There are two different versions of Phoca Maps:

* Phoca Maps 1.0.5 - this version uses Google Maps API 2. If you need functions like GoogleBar, Continuous Zoom, Overview Map Control, then download this version.
* Phoca Maps 1.1.0 or any later version - this version uses Google Maps API 3. You need not to create Google Maps API key for your site but some functions are not included (API 3 is still in Google Code Labs - not ready yet). This version is under active development and includes more new features.
If the Component is v1.0.5 you have to use Plugin v1.0.5,
if the Component is v1.1.0 you have to use Plugin v1.1.0
