Select Menu Item Type

Hi

I have installed PD a couple of times, but sometimes I only get two options in the new menu item list such as the screenshot

. I am sure there are more than two options. Does anyone know how to fix this please.

Hi,
which version of Phoca Download do you use?
With version 1.3.3. you have normaly 5 options.

This is PD 1.3.3 with installed german language file
