Error when navigating after the final confirmation of the guest order (error 1054)

I’m getting an error message on the website after the final confirmation of the guest order. When I try to navigate further, I see a page with the following message: “The requested page can’t be found. An error has occurred while processing your request.”

Error details:
The requested page can't be found.

1054 Unknown column 'cu.bank_account_number' in 'field list'

What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
