How to click the License Link? (Minor)

For licence, there are 3 fields, one is licence link which points to the page with the licence.

It shows up in Details but the Details popup goes away as soon as you leave the Details button.

Btw I think Licence on Category level makes a lot of sense. A user gets access to the category, if it contains e.g. 12 files, (s)he has to click agree 12 times.
But I can understand that it could exist on file level too.

I see the Licence link does have a purpose if the Display Detail Button is set to Modal or Standard Popup Window in configuration Options.
Sorry that I didn't see that before.

My suggestion for licences on Category level remains though, thanks.
