only 20 images per category

Goodmorning,

Whatever I tried, I still have only 20 images when displaying a category and then I have to switch to the next pagina.
Maybe I have set something wrong, because in the initial setting I saw them all.

I have 5 categories, with each <100 images

Can anybody help me ?

Hi,
You can hide the pagination and increase the number of images displayed on the first page so that all images in a category are displayed on the first page:

Goto: Backend --> Menus --> e.g. Main Menu --> Your menu item to Phoca Gallery Component --> Options -->
and hide: Pagination, Select Box and Ordering Select Box for Category View

Goto: Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Category View --> Pagination Default Value (Category View)=Increase the standard value 20 to e.g. 200

Hi,
I did what you suggested but still it doesn't work.
In Menu's I did what you asked me to do, but I had still the pagination after 20 images.

I tried some other hide/display in Menu and now I have the pagination but also the possibility to display all. After inserting All the pagination disappeared and only All is visible no pagination

I have now the following display/hide in Menu from top to bottom:

Did I do someting wrong ?

Hi,
If I understand correctly, you entered ‘All’ as the value in this field:

This is wrong. It must be a numerical value. And this should be greater than the number of images in your largest category (e.g., 200). Then pagination will not be displayed because it is not needed, as all images are already displayed on the first page.

No, the value is 200.
What I see, that when I want to see the pictures, I can see 20 image and at the bottom :

I can change the value 20 to All and then everything disappears and I have the 81 images of my category

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the behavior you described, so I have a few more questions:
1.) Which version of Phoca Gallery are you using?
2.) Which version of Joomla! are you using?
3.) Are you using more than one menu item to Phoca Gallery Component (Type ‘List of Categories’) or (Type 'List of Images')?
4.) Can you post the URL to the page with this problem?

Only one menu-item: 4 categories of 73,82,93 and 81 jpeg images

Did you clear all caches after saving the value 200? Browser cache and Joomla cache?
Have you tried using a different browser?

The parameter ‘Pagination Default Value’ exists in Phoca Gallery Options twice. In 'Categories View' and in 'Category View'. Is it possible that you have set the value for 'Categories View' to 200 and left the value for 'Category View' at the default value 20?
