Checkout price calculation display

I noticed that when Tax Calculation is set to Tax Inclusive Price (Brutto), in checkout page Price is displayed as Price excl. TAX so Price excl. TAX is displayed twice. Shouldn't the price be shown as the sum of the price without tax and tax? It is displayed corectly in e-mail and PDF.

I also noticed the pointless calculation of the tax in the cart, no one has answered me yet. And I don't know how to solve it, fix it.

Phoca Cart uses vertical calculation method, to use horizontal, the output needs to be customized and overriden e.g. by template override feature, the output file is:

components/com_phocacart/layouts/cart_checkout.php
