One Problem
Table 'ja1fc_phocacart_attributes' has the wrong type or attributes for
column 'published' with type int. (From file 4.0.8.sql.)
Table 'ja1fc_phocacart_orders' does not have index 'idx_user_id'. (From
file 5.0.0.sql.)
266 database changes were checked.

If update from which Phoca Cart Component version?
Which PHP version do you use?
