Wording change at checkout - please help!

Hi - we have had Phoca Cart installed on our Joomla 4 website (superceding J2Store) and we have an issue with the wording at checkout - the final page before submitting payment prompts the customer to 'Finalize checkout'. This american spelling is a red flag to our customers who think they are being scammed - we desparately need to change this to the english spelling, finalise, but cannot find how to do this anywhere on Joomla dashboard. Please help!!!

Use Language Override: The text string can be translated into any language.

Search for your text to change accordingly.

It's not that easy, because there's a problem: A language string with the constant 'COM_PHOCACART_CHECKOUT_FINALIZE' does not exist in Phoca Cart.
