E-mail for publishing double send without activation link

Hello,
I have configured the Phoca guestbook so that I have to review a new entry.
Because of this, I get two e-mails with the same content. In the e-mail is the name and the content of the person who wrote the message. That is ok. See in the image on the left top for the double entries.

There is also a link in the e-mail which leads to the guestbook where you can write a message. But there is no link in this e-mail to publish the message.

In Components - Phoca book - Options, I have enabled "Review Item". But is doesn't seem to work correctly.

Can someone help me with this?

Hi, are you logged in when visiting the page to see the unpublish button? Have you as the logged in user the rights to publish/unpublish?
