Is it possible to allow public users to rate categorie and how?

Hi, in Phoca Gallery, only logged in users can rate categories and images. See similar discussion in this forum where it is discussed that anonymous rating is in fact useless (because of inconclusive results)

It's a shame, the competitors of the site on which I work use the votes of images without registration, and it works. Thank you Jan for your reply and your excellent components.
