Images empty

Dear,
first of all sorry for my bad english, than, as you can see in this link

the images are empty, what is wrong?

I uploaded the images via FTP in phocagallery/folder23, i created a new category called "23 Motoduck Agosto 2021" i selected "multiple add" selecting the correct folder and the images are empty, i did a mistake?

Hi,
'Enable Thumbnails Generation' parameter needs to be set to 'Yes' in Phoca Gallery Options if you want to create thumbnails.
