Problem with files on frontend

Hi, I have weird issue. I can see categories and number of files in this categories, but when I enter to categories I can't see anything

Hi,
update your Joomla! first. You use v3.9.8, current version is v3.9.15
Try to switch to the Joomla! Standard Template Protostar for testing, and check the behavior again.

On Prostar Template I have thesame problem. And I can't update Joomla becouse in update menu I have info that there is no new updates

Your steps should be in backend:

1) check for updates
2) Clear cache button
3) in order to find the update.
