Add "File Size" to List of Files (Category View)

Hi there,

first, thanks a lot for this great extension! Great job!

I added a menu item of type "List of Files (Category View)". What I want to do is, also to view the file size of a file in the list. Therefore I tried to add the parameter "{pdfilesize}" in the layout section. But it seems, that all the changes in the layout section don´t have any effect to what is displayed.

Would appreciate any kind of hint.
