Phoca Download 3.14 Parameter must be

I use Phoca download 3.14 in Joomla 3.9, Bootstrap4, Localhost with XAMPP Version: 7.2.7 (PHP 7.2.7) and found

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in C:\xampp727\htdocs\2018\soc2018\components\com_phocadownload\views\category\tmpl\default.php on line 105

It can use but how to slove this problem ?
