I would like to learn whether it can be done so that with the Phoca help it is possible simultaneously to take the Download to hear through mp3 files as well as them??

I hope I am understanding your request. Are you wanting to provide a download option for your mp3 files? You also want to provide a way for the visitor to listen to your mp3 files?

I think Phoca Download can handle the download option. I think you will need to add an additional Joomla extension to do the sound.

Another way to add the sound may involve providing a template override for the respective view to provide the additional functionality you need.
