Form not visible for visitors

Hi,
I have got a problem with my Phoca Guestbook v.3.0.2. Form is visible only if I am logged in as an administrator. For other visitors is hidden so nobody can add new posts. Can anybody help?

check backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Guestbooks --> 'Your crested Guestbook' --> Category Manager: Edit Category --> Permissions -->
Set : Post items=Allowed
Save & Close
