Again another problem.
I've created some subfolders in the main DL-Folder. If I try to upload (via the backend) a file into one of that folder and click on it - nothing happens. A short loading period but the folder doesn't open ...
Upload into the main DL-Folder works fine. Only the subfolders won't open.
Flash upload is disabled, the folder have 777 rights. I have no idea what the problem is, but i hope you have
No i haven't. But even when I create a new folder per ftp, I can't browse that one. And if I create it via the backend of phoca DL its the same problem ...
I cant enable the ftp Layer ... some errors occure, which i cant fix.
But i dont think its a permission problem, because i can create folders in the backend, or on ftp. There is no difference, even if phoca DL itself created the folders ...
When I go to Files in the Phoca-DL Component and browse the directory to select a file. The is a Button called Create Folder. This creation I mean.
If I create a folder that way, it should have the proper rights, or not? I am really confused.
If you create the folder per Administration, and you will not have enabled the FTP, then the folder will have ownership of server... but it should have the same permission and ownership as uploaded file so there maybe other problems occure... see the created folder permissions: are they 777 or 755 ... what of permissions have the parent folder (phocadownload)?
I also have the same problem :
- if I choose to put the files to download in the "default" folder, everything goes OK
- if I choose to place them somewhere else (for example, outside of www root folder), I can create one or more folders within Phocadownload but it's impossible to navigate to these nor to create any subfolder
I guess it's a problem with permissions or a bad way to handle "absolute path"
To be complete, I have to say I'm running an Apache server from "Zend Community CE" on a Windows 2003 Web Server machine ... and that this time, I'm still unable to activate the FTP layer (got some work to do on this)
Any idea ? ... and by the way : great work and big thanks for this component which is very "user comfortable"
