question on security filter settings

what is the difference between the ‘Forbidden Word Filter’ and the ‘Forbidden Whole Word Filter’?

Also, is there a language filter, eg, only messages containing English characters, some way of blocking Russian, Chinese etc.

Ok Benno, got that ta, i have just been putting the same in each box.

but what about the blocking of Russian, Chinese etc, is that something the developers may add in a later version?
