View guestbook without post option

How can I create the option to view the guestbook without the post option visible for public use. ?

This is the default setting, isn't it ? Just publish a guestbook within a menu.
Unless you don't change the settings in Components/Phoca Guestbook/Guestbooks/<your guestbook> -> Privileges -> Posts
from "inherited" to allowed, everyone can view your book, but only registered can post.

I have not changed any setting but all users, registered or not can see the post fields. I would like to display the only posts themselves as an option (second menu)

Hi, there are not rights for viewing the posts but rights for adding them. So you can set the public cannot add the topic, but you cannot set which group can see the posts.
