Missing Folder

Hi All,
Having had problems with installing Phocagallery on Joomla v3.1 I have opted to install via FTP and have read the instructions carefully and unzipped v4.0.2 into a tmp folder on my machine. Looking at your instructions I should have a folder called "front" extracted with the rest but I haven't - can you please clarify?
I have 12 folders plus 6 files - but no folder called front.
