Phoca pictures add comment

hello i have try many times to add in the comment of a pictures an html link
i can open him in a new page in the same page but i can't open it on a popup page
if i open image in highlight and afer i click my link it is ok
but if i click on my link first it open on the main page
is there a possibility of make a popup link
