Change the appearance of the gallery?

Hey!
I have some problem... I using PhocaGallery in Joomla 3.1. I try to change gallery view but I can`t see this options. Now my gallery look: www.blekitni.com/index.php/galeria
but I would like to looked like this: https://www.phoca.cz/demo/gallery-categories-detail or https://www.phoca.cz/demo/gallery-categories

Hi, the demo is a Joomla! 1.5 demo, the parameters in Joomla! 3 are different: https://www.phoca.cz/joomla3demo/ so to have this view, it needs to be customized (in the CSS)
