Upload new images

I have a new problem, after entering different pictures, I accidentally uploaded a corrupt file and even though I deleted it, is no longer possible to upload any other images. How can I do?

disable the automatically thumbnail creation in admin and delete this image (from the server disc - e.g. via ftp or media manager) in in image list...
