I don't know why, but there is a huge difference between the hits in Google Analytics and Phoca hits. Right now I've no popup view, before I was having Highslide JS (only image), but this shouldn't make any difference. Because what I'm talking about for now are the categories only, in particular my categories "photostories"
In example Bring Maria home in phoca is 2374 hits, in Analytics only 72!
Inside Ind ia Darhavi Slum phoca 2092 hits, in Analytics 56 hits!
Photo-Stories - Incredible jobs in Ind ia! in analytics is 250 hits, in phoca 772
and a lot more like this.
And also this last one in analytics is shown with 2 differetn paths:
/component/phocagallery/category/119-incredible-jobs-in-india 250 hits
/photo-stories/category/119-incredible-jobs-in-india 54 hits
Why is this happening?
It's important for me to understand if it's worth or not to keep "producing" some kind of content. Thank you

Hi, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/50-phoca/ ... al-advices (8)
Image methods don't do any hit in database.

Re: Analytics vs Hits
But as specified I have no popup view, that is an iframe method, so it should work. And in fact in the database there are images hits, but not in analytics as showed in the first post

Re: Analytics vs Hits
Hi, not sure how this is set in Google Analytics but maybe:
- the hit is set by every click on the image
- the googla analytics only taks click per users
The google analytics can eliminate e.g. robots (and seems robots visiting your page as they reach the site by other url than the SEF - in Joomla! no sef links working beside SEF links so if robot is programmed to use not sef links, then you get such outputs in analytics).
