Centering the album thumbnails

So, firstly I really have to give a big thumbs up for the authors enormous effort in making this wonderful component. I'm also amazed by the quick and quality support response.

Well, I'm running the latest version of the gallery (RC) and am gladly using the Phoca Gallery Random Image Module Version 2.1.0 .

But I have a small issue which is bugging me and I can't seem to find any solution for it. The gallery thumbnails seem to be aligned left like this ->

when I want it to be centered like this (I used photoshop to recreate it) ->

There is also a similar problem with the random image module.

Oh and one more thing. Is it possible to remove the pagination button (dropdown menu) at the bottom of the galleries? So that I set the default pagination value in the control panel and other users cannot select their own in the frontend?

Ok. I solved my second problem, adjusting the Phoca Gallery Module Width.

But I still don't know how to center the gallery thumbnails (the first mentioned problem). And of course the removal of the paginaton dropdown menu.

pagination:

- check out your global parameters (there is something with pagination).
- check if 'pagination' is turned on in your menu item.

You mean the global joomla parameters? Didn't find anything like it there ... :/

nope... the parameters in components >> phoca gallery >> control panel in 'General settings'
Otherwise you can find them in your menu item. (with basic parameters and component parameters)

I think your turn it on and off via the basic parameters in your menu item.

Well, the only thing that I see in the general settings is how to set thegallery width, display phoca information (only seal logo,...), Pagination Default Value and Paginaton where you set the values of the dropdown menu.

If I leave the last one empty it, the dropdown menu doesn't dissapear it only goes back to its original settings.

The dropdown menu WHICH I WANT TO DISSAPEAR ENTIRELY still exists.

Hi,

as I said in my previous post (maybe not clear enough): you could try to look in your basic parameters of the menu item. I checked out and it is there.

Go to menu >> your menu >> your phocagallery menu item
Under basic parameters you'll find 'pagination' and 'selection'. The fist one is for the arrows and the second for the drop down box. Set them to no.

Hi,

if you use firefox, you could download an addon called firebug. With this addon you can inspect the css of a website. With this you can find the classes and try out some css changes (which are viewable for you only).
