all icons disappeared..?

for unknown reason, phoca gallery 3.3.2 with joomla 2.5.8. does not show its own
icons any more; image path seems to be broken all of a sudden...

any idea ?

just found out:

in assets/imgages are only .gif and .png files - but the missing icons are linked to .jpg files.
strange ...

problem solved !

in the phoca admin panel I changed the option for icon type to .gif
