Changing Enable Thumbnail Generation in 2.5

Hi,

I can't find where to do this. I spent alot of time thinking I was insane trying to find parameters tab. following (old) info in the help section. ( Which I found is not in 2.5)

I also want to change Function cURL.

I tried to edit xml config file but could not find the thumbnails section.

A line in the info tab saying where to edit it would be useful.

Since joomla v1.6 "Parameters" are named "Options". (You will find this button in the upper right corner of your Phoca Gallery Control Center)

I also want to change Function cURL.

This php function can be enabled /disabled in the php.ini file of your server.
