gallery z-index (in IE)

Hello!
I have a drop-down menu in left module position, and when i select an item from menu, the subitem is under Phoca Gallery - this is only for IE, in ff it's ok!
You can see the screen:

Where should i change the z-index parameter for repairing that?

Hi, search z-index in this forum.. there are some solution to correct the z-index menu problem...
