Static image in categories and category view

Hello,

I have been searching and reading on how to choose whatever image i want and use that as folder image in categories and category view. I don't want to show randomized thumbs or standard folder icon.

Please explain to me how to do this.

I use lates Phoca Callery and latest Joomla.
