Load photos without rating reset

hi all. I have a picassa gallery loaded in my site and want my users to rate each image.
I want to add some new images, already uploaded to picassa, but I'm afraid I will loose my current ratings if I clic in "load" button again.
How can I add more images from Picassa keeping current images ratings?

Just customize function "storeimage" in
administrator\components\com_phocagallery\models\phocagalleryc.php
