Ordering and Display Num - how to remove?

Hi

I have no clue how I can remove the ordering ascending and display num in the gallery. I know that there has been a thread for this already, but there was no good answer. How can I remove it?

'Basic Options' of your menu link to Phoca Gallery Component.
