[BUG] Control Panel - Comments
When on the Control Panel page, if you click the Comments tab, it takes you to the Comments page but highlights the Ratings tab.

It happens on www.carolinarovers.info site. Again, this is only in the admin panel when using the Phoca control panel.

at my place this happens too (I just don't use rating and comments). These are the panels in the backend.
