Pictures are not showing

I have followed the instructions to upload the pictures to my website. but for some reason they are not showing. what am I doing wrong? I added a link for you to see.

Also, I cannot find any "Parameter" in the control panel of phocogallery. Where can I find that?

is the parameter "Enable Thumbnails Generation", in main options", set on yes ?
