Hello, I can not upload photos in the category. Category created. Photos uploaded to the server. Permissions: Manager administrator. And also do not know where to find the component settings

Hi,
you need to have Super User rights to see the 'Options' button in the right upper corner of the Phoca Gallery Control Panel.
