I had version1.4, since I'm 1.5:
more notifications (settings are configured correctly)
recapcha impossible to have (the keys are valid and informed) is the capcha TIFF that appears
the message is automatically displayed without my consent (that is also set)
joomla 1.5.2

What do you mean by "more notifications"?
I guess your reCAPTCHA is not working? Did you actually choose it as the Captchamethod? What do you mean by "the keys are valid and informed"?
The message gets published even though you have the review option checked? (it is set to "yes"?)
That would be odd, I rechecked the particular code section, it looks just fine.
I guess english is not your first language, in spite of this, please try with a little more care the next time you post something.
