Unable to find required information in install package

Hiya, Im running Joomla 1.5 and Phoca Font 1.0.2 when trying to install a font package i get the message "Unable to find required information in install package" i have followed these instructions to a tee

I have also tried renaming the font files to the default package names so the .xml file doesn't need to be changed.
I however am able to install font packages from the phoca site. :

Hi, then you need to recheck all the settings of your font zip installtion file - right paths, right attributes, right names, etc.
