Phoca gallery image thumbs resize

Hello all
I have phoca gallery 3.1.1. My prblem is that I can't resize the thumbnails inside image view.
I've read the guide but I couldn't make it work. I have changed in themes the small thumbnail height and width and the medium but it only change the box that surrounds the image and not the image. I want to have a picture thumbnail instead 100 x 75 to be 200 x 200 and to have 2 images on each row.

Hi,
see: Main --> Images And Detail Window Size Settings https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... parameters
1. Set new image sizes + Save your settings!
2. delete the wrong sized thumbnails
3. enable thumbnails generation
4. go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Images
5. the new sized thumbnails will now be created

and to have 2 images on each row.

Phoca Gallery Width=(try out severat values)
'If you like you can center Phoca Gallery'
Phoca Gallery Center=Yes(Category View)
Save you settings!
