Hi,
i have joomla 1.7 and i would like to install phoca gallery v3.0.2 by ftp.
I follow the second part of the documentation "https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... em-solving".
But at step 4, i need files in "front" directory but there is no "front" directory in "com_phocagallery_v3.0.2.zip".
Where can i find theses files?
if I try to install without theses files, no link (to access to phoca gallery) appears in components menu...

Re: manually ftp installation
Joomla newbie warning!
I followed the instructions and extracted the downloaded com_phocagallery_v3.0.2.zip file to my PC then uploaded it into the tmp/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2 directory. After which, I went to the Extension Manager and selected to install from directory. Regardless of how I provide the path I get an error after I click 'Install'. The error states "Please enter a package directory".
I have used the following paths:
- ./tmp/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2
- ./tmp/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2/
- /tmp/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2
- /tmp/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2/
Joomla Details:
- v1.6.5
- Running on Windows
- Hosted at Godaddy
- Joomla is installed in a folder named joomla
What am I missing?
Thanks

Path to Temp Folder=(Copy the path)
backend --> Extensions --> Extension Manager --> Extension Manager: Install --> Install from Directory -->
Install Directory=(and paste it here and add at the end of the path)/com_phocagallery_v3.0.2
