Good morning.
Is it possible to receive an e-mail (as admin) with the post before publishing to avoid forbidden posts?

Hi,
yes, this is possible. Which version of Phoca Guestbook do you use?
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,
I'm not sure if this feature was already included in your version. Therefore it is helpful to upgrade to current version 1.4.4. With v1.4.4 it works, here is the way:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Phoca Guestbook Control Panel --> Parameters --> General Settings -->
Review Message=Yes
Send Email=(eg. Admin)
Save your settings!
Kind regards,
Benno

Re: Preview post before publishing
Hi,
I checked it out and also my (old) version had the possibillity to review a message before publishing.
Is it possible to receive the post into my email except by reviewing it through the administration page?
Thanks
Harris

Hi,
If you do the settings I posted you, you will receive the complete guestbook entry by email first and can than decide to publish it in backend.
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,
I can see the post by reviewing only if I open as admin the phoca items.
I don't receive any email.
Best regards
Harris

Hi,
no idea what's wrong there....
Have you checked whether the e-mail address of the recipient (eg. Admin) is still valid?
Kind regards,
Benno

Yes, I checked it.
Don't worry I'll be often checking the items from the control panel of phoca.
Thank you very much because you did your best rapidly for my issue.
Best regards
