Detail window hidden by menu

First, thank you for your phenomenal extensions!

However, I have a problem with Phoca Gallery 3.0.2 and possibly related to my modulus template from Rockettheme. When I click on a picture in a category and thereby bring up the detail window - it really doesnt matter which way I choose, eg. slimbox or modal - the upper part of the shown picture is hidden by the horizontal menu of my page.

Is this an effect of how the template is built and therefore completely out of your hands or?

Hi,
yes, I think this is a template issue. To be sure, you should install the standart template beez_20 for testing. If this works without problems, try to contact Rockettheme developer for help.

Thanks for your quick reply Benno!

I now realized that the problem only occurs with IE9 while Firefox and Chrome shows no such effect. Also, switiching to beez_20 made the problem go away also in IE9. I'll head over to Rockettheme to see if they have any idea!
