Author's Email display problem

Hi, new to Joomla & Phoca, still learning.

In the download description (top with details overlib, bottom with details overlib are the 2 I tried) and including the mouseover of detail buttons, Author's email address is displaying like this:

or here is another

Any ideas what is causing how to fix?
