I have read many other posts as well as the faq's about setting up the user control panel but still having trouble. When logged in on the front end the ucp options do not show up. Please help.

I have figured out how to show the upc on the front end but only the upload tab appears and when I try to upload an image it tells me that user folder was not defined.

1. UCP is a menu item, try creating a new menu and under the phoca options choose the user control panel, see if this is what you are looking for.
2. As for the folder not being defined. Create a category. In there you will see "Category Folder" underneath the owner box. Hit "select folder", then create a folder...like PhocaTester.
When the user uploads an image from the front end this "PhocaTester" folder is where it will go.
Try that out, let me know if this is right!
