Help removing link from template

I am hoping someone can help me

I would like to remove the file link that sits in the middle of the file download window and force users to only use the <download> button on the right of the window

eg. is here http://www.ozexposed.com/resources/cate ... titutional#

As you would see it runs over the "icon"/picture and looks bad

I don't know if there is a setting anywhere as I am a newbie but I have searched through and also the forum and googled but I am unsure how to describe any better what I would like to do

to achieve this i simply set the following in phocadownload-grey2.css:
