Cant install Phoca Gallery

Good day,

I use Joomla 1.6 and when I install Phoca Gallery, it is installed but i get the message from Joomla
can't build Admin Menu's / Installatie component succesvol

On that moment I see Poca Gallery but it is not installed in the top menu! so I can not use it.

Do someone nows where i must find the error?

My sister and I have the same problem. We wanted to install Phoca Gallery 3.0.0 for Joomla 1.6 and we get the information from Joomla that the XML-Setup file is missing, when we tried to install the component of this tool.

It would be nice if someone knows the solution for our problem.

Good day Benno,

I installed it via FTP but I get the same error......Fold by making the ADMIN menu.
Also I installed Phoca Maps and here no problems so its maby a problem from Phoca Gallery???

Which version of Phoca Gallery for joomla 1.6 you are using?
I ask, because I remember that the "can't build Admin Menu" problem exists in very early alpha versions of PG 3.0.0

I had this version! I download you link again and I get this error:
