cant find where to enable control panel

Hi guys and girls,
I've installed phocca gallery in to mu joomla 1.6 website, http://www.hamopshireufo.co.uk
I'm trying to find the control panel to enable the user control panel, but i can't find it anywhere.
I've read through the documentation , but I don't understand it.
I'm a complete joomla noob so any help you can give will be gratefully received.

Hi,
you need two steps:
1.) backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Users --> User Control Panel Settings -->
Enable User Control Panel=Yes
Save & Close

2.) backend --> Menus --> e.g. Main Menu --> New --> Menu Manager: New Menu Item --> Select --> Phoca Gallery User Control Panel
Menu Title=(as you like)
Save & Close

Now you should see the UCP in frontend if you klick the just created menu item.
